The dojo will be closed Friday July 2nd thru Monday July 5th for the 4th of July Holiday.

We will be closed this Saturday, Sunday and Monday May 29, 30 & 31 for the Memorial Day Holiday. Our new class schedules start next Tuesday June 1.

New Th am Kickboxing class!!

We are happy to offer a new Thursday morning kickboxing class in Acworth. Our newest kickboxing instructor, Dave Ducharme, will be teaching Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30 at the Acworth dojo.

Taking T-shirt preorders until 4/15!

We are taking orders for t-shirts from now until April 15th. We are getting regular t-shirts in a washed green and also ladies kickboxing tank tops in black with pink. All shirts are $15.00. Order forms are available at both dojos.

Sparring gear orders and payment need to be in by tomorrow 4/1. Adults now need shin guards. Kid’s in the new sparring class need full gear. Order info is available on the website under forms.

We are still planning to hold all classes tonight 3/2 at both the Acworth and Smyrna dojos. Temperatures are not predicted to drop below freezing until early tomorrow morning. See you in class!
